The interview process is fine beginning with an HR interview then first technical interview then second technical interview then have the offer , the problem with the period between each phase and the other was little late

it was one technical interview that lasted for 1 hour and after 4 days I got an HR interview but since then I got no response and I am till waiting for the decision
