I applied online and received an invitation for online access soon. It’s not so difficult and after I pass it I received another invitation for onsite interview. Two staffs were interviewers. One was from HR resource section, and the other came from the research team. They are very friendly and the whole process is quite straightforward.

After applying, someone got in touch with me very quickly to schedule a phone interview. The process was all done in less than 2 weeks. The phone interview lasted for 15 mins average and they asked basic questions of what I knew about the company, etc. They didn't ask anything very specific about proxy but I suggest you look into that if you dont know it already to try and add it to your answer to make it sound more complete. The second stage was a few online tests. I had to do around 5 tests as I was applying for a few different languages and for the compensation area as well. The compensation test was pretty nasty but the governance was ok.
