First I was called on my cell phone by an HR person. She arranged for me to come in for an interview with the Spa Director. After the 10 minute interview with the Spa Director, I was told to go do a practical facial with the lead esthetician. Once I was done, I was taken to HR and was told to fill out some more paper work for a background check and that I got the job.

They interview you briefly over the phone asking about your experience or past job. After you pass that they invite you to Glen Ivy where you will interview with two people asking you various questions. Right after you are to give a quick 30-45 min facial on another esthetician (Only showing arm massage). Then after they will call you if you got the job.
