The interview was a good combination of general HR and technical questions. Each person on the panel had thoroughly went through my resume and really got to know the potential worker I might be.

1st screening involved video interview, following with an online interview with HR and the lead process engineer at the site you’ll be working at. Questions included telling about yourself, the projects you’ve done, what are you interests, typical HR interview questions.

Entrevista
Applied online by answering pre-screening questions as well as some questions about past experience. I had done vacation work with Glencore previously and could not be offered a position at the site I worked on but they recommended me for another part of the business.
