Phone interview and a take home coding question. Phone interview was a bit tough, it was taken by some one with thick accent possibly Indian. Had to ask the question to repeat twice.. Technically not average but hard to understand as they are not properly framed and accent made it even more worse. Then he mailed a coding question to be solved at home. The mail was sent on sunday evening. Spent some 5-6 hours coding on it and sent it back on tuesday. No response after that, complete radio silence. Dropped a mail requesting feedback but nothing came back. That was petty & highly unprofessional, wish I spent my personal time else where. Avoid if you are given take home questions.
