Entrevista
I was contacted through e-mail and the came in for an interview. I interviewed with the assistant manager and then the director. whole process took only a week. I sat down for a one on one interview and was asked general questions about retail as well as questions on global exchange and fair trade. The director also asked about my personal plans which really showed me this company cares and helped me accept the offer.
