Initially i reached out to the company via the job posting on iimjobs.com. Later on the recruiter called. We fixed up a face to face meeting. The process happened as follows: 1. A long telephonic conversation where I was asked all kinds of questions related to education, career and why I am leaving the current job. It was a pleasant call but was quite long :) 2. On the day of the meeting, I was waiting at the conference room and the HR came with some papers in hand. To my surprise, it was an assessment. It was a 120 minutes assessment. The good thing is, I was told in advance that the entire process would take time. Therefore I was mentally prepared. The assessment was quite ok. The reading was a lot though. I was actually explained why the reading is important for the role I have applied for. 3. Once the test finished, I was interviewed by the head of the function. The meeting was lengthy, and mainly focussed on my work and ability to take on the new role. I was asked as to how my past experience would help me in the current role and some process related questions. 4. The final interview happened with the CEO and the COO. To me this was a very positive sign. I was impressed that both had the time to interview me. What I liked about the interview was that it was more of a discussion, rather than an 'interview'. The most important thing that I took back, apart from the offer :) was a great feeling that this is where I will be able to fulfil my career aspirations. Also, one important thing I would like to mention here is that the environment was friendly and I did not feel I was coming to a new company. I am looking forward to the joining and also looking forward to working here long term

I had 3 rounds of interviews. First with HR then with the team manager and the last with the CEO and CTO. It was smooth easy going and not very stressful as I was expecting.
