The interview process was pretty chill. There are very many women at the organization so chances are you will be interviewed by one. Women tend to be more empathetic when interviewing. I spoke to one of their employers for about 45 minutes about my experience and how it was going to help me perform the various tasks the job required. Make sure to relate how your transferable skills will help you do well.
