The interview process was rigorous and it started with basic questions and then harder questions were torwards the end of the interviews. Most questions were situation based and required the Star method

First you write essays to accompany applications. Then you get called for interviews, generally fair interviews. Then finally the placement organisation interviews you. Then later GHC calls to inform you that you have been selected.
