It was straightforward. I feel like I was led on and made to believe that I was doing great throughout the process. I made it to the final interview but did not receive the offer, although they made it seem like I would. Perhaps they found someone with better experience—no hard feelings. At the end of the day, they were all really nice people to talk to.

Phone interview followed by an interview with the hiring manager and then team members. There is also an online test portion in between the initial interview and the more in-depth interviews.
