Applied via LinkedIn. Got a response very quickly with an offer to come for a test and possibly interview. After not having passed the test, have been nicely thanked for my time. The only thing I would criticize that the person, who has evaluated my test, has not even shown their face to me.

It has been over a month since my interview and I still do not know the result. They sent a test and I did that before the interview, and if I include that process as well, it has been 2 months. They are not professional. I emailed them 3-4 times and they do not even bother to reply. They also try to hire people from Turkey in order to pay NOTHING. The salary is really funny. Do not worth it. These people do not know anything about hiring process and communication ethics. Even in the hiring process, they showed that they cannot communicate. I cannot imagine working with them.
