Very deceptive. The owner made the business sound like a thriving success with many employees. I wound up sitting in a room with a few of his relatives, working in basically a glorified sweatshop atmosphere with said owner standing at my shoulder for extended periods while I tried to recruit nurses. He'd interrupt my phone conversations with potential recruits with stuttering demands. Once I established a pipeline of recruits and placements, my commissions never appeared and my paychecks began bouncing.
