Probably the worst interview process that I have ever experienced. The recruitment process was supposed to be 2 interviews with the CTO. The first interview was planned for a Friday with no time confirmed. I had to ask multiple times on the Friday for the time and then at 12pm I was told that the interview was being rescheduled to the following Wednesday. I was told in the interview on the Wednesday that I had progressed to the next stage and that my interview would be the following Wednesday at 5pm. On Tuesday evening I still hadn't received a meeting link so I contacted the recruiter asking for one to which I was told the meeting had to be rescheduled to Friday but I was only told the time of the interview the day before. It was scheduled for 4pm, at 3:40pm I received an email from the CTO pushing the interview back to 4:30pm. I went on to the meeting link at 4:30pm to which nobody else joined. I contacted the recruiter at 4:40pm to let him know that nobody had joined the meeting to which he rang me to tell me that the meeting had to be rescheduled to Monday at 11. On Monday morning I still had not received a meeting link so I contacted the recruiter and he told me that the interview had to be rescheduled due to an engineer calling in sick. I was then contacted on Wednesday evening at 5:30pm by the recruiter scheduling an interview for 11am the next morning. The next morning I had once again not received a meeting link so the recruiter said he would contact the CTO to send one to me. About 30 minutes after this, the recruiter rang me to tell me that the position I was interviewing for had actually been pulled due to too many recent senior hires and would be pushed back a few months.
