President of the company basically just stares at the table while you're speaking, sometimes grunting or snorting. I applied online, was brought in for the interview and was hired the next day after the somewhat-sorry excuse of an interview process was over.

First call was to tell me about the position. 1:1 interview was actually me meeting with all the staff members (5). They asked very general questions of me and my background.
