AVOID AT ALL COSTS! They treated you with no respect at all, and just sent you assessment for not hiring purposes! They are not truely hiring, they just want to use your code for their actual project! After I sent them back the completed assessment they immediately turned down my application. Very very unprofessional small company.

Process took around 1 month and include 4 rounds in total. First round hr call. Second round was High level discussion with Software manager including high level technical questions. Third round include code challenge and technical interview with lead and backend team. Final round was cultural fit interview.
