Candidatei-me por meio de recrutador(a). O processo levou 1 semana. Fui entrevistado pela Global Relay (Londres, Inglaterra) em out. de 2024
Entrevista
As part of the screening process I was asked to answer a number of technical questions over email. I was then scheduled to have a first stage interview with someone from the engineering team. Unfortunately no one turned up to that interview and was told later by the recruiter that the position was due to be filled internally.

Applied via online process for a UK role.
First stage was a call with a recruiter, who was polite and to the point.
Second stage was a Zoom call with a person in non developer role, who was not a mobile developer himself, and while pleasant, he just read textbook definition type questions from a script and ticked them as answered. Types of product and projects were explained well.
Third stage was a zoom call with a two people one of whom was a developer for which I was told to set aside 1.5h of my time.
The interview experience at this stage was disappointing and poorly managed. I was allocated 1.5 hours, but the session was rushed into just 20 minutes, with constant reminders of the limited time, the time pressure made the coding challenge particularly stressful. Additionally, one of the interviewers haste and lack of courtesy overshadowed the feedback provided by his colleague, which was completely absent as he was frequently interrupted. This made the process feel unfair and very unpleasant—it seemed more like a test of stress endurance than coding proficiency. I'm relieved to have avoided joining a company that seems to value rapid coding under pressure over genuine software development skills. This was not just a missed opportunity but a bullet dodged, as I prefer to work in environments that respect and value their employees more holistically.
