Fill out application, answer questionnaire, take typing test, then 1 on 1 interview. They also run a background check when processing application. Unprofessional employees gossiped loudly while waiting for the 1 on 1. Paperwork process took longer than actual interview considering she only asked 2 questions and said they’ll call if interested. Followed up few days later and a phone operator claimed she sent an email for the manager to get back to me. She never did, followed up from that and she tried to send another bs “email” to the manager. Don’t waste your time.

Same day interview and if you got the job, they will tell you immediately after you interview. It’s king of a revolving door of employees if we’re being honest. I declined the role because they only wanted to pay $15 an hour despite my experience.

What are some of your strengths from your last position.
Via zoom and was very straightforward talked about my work history and about the company. Talked about the customers I’ll be handling over the phone and the third party customers they’re connected with
The interview was very fast and easy. Simple career background questions. It lasted roughly 15 minutes or so and the interviewer was very polite. She made the process very comfortable as well. She provided lots of information in a small amount of time.
