I had a nice conversation with the HR, he said that the process should be quick. He said he would get back to me within a week. In two weeks I followed up, in another week he replied that they need more time till next week. 4 weeks from then I just got a plain generic rejection.

I had a great experience interviewing with Global Side.
The process was well-structured, and each step was clearly communicated. I especially appreciated the transparency throughout the challenge and final interview — expectations were clear, feedback was honest, and everyone I spoke to was respectful and genuinely interested in understanding how I work.
The final interview was one of the most positive I’ve had: engaging, relaxed, and focused on real collaboration. They shared insights into their product direction and team culture. It gave me a strong impression of a thoughtful, mature engineering environment. I left with a very good impression of the company and its values.
