Ok. They send the questions in advance. There were four people interviewing. At the end, they leave room for questions. As there are a lot of people, it looks like a panel.

Interview panel with three interviewers followed by a writing test that involved summarising and synthesising information from a number of documents. Interview lasted around forty five minutes and the test lasted another forty five minutes.
