Interview was ok, nothing complicated but I feel the manager was wanting to hire above the level of the role. It sounded quite dry, pay was less than minimum wage and sounded like they are not very flexible. I turned down any further interviews as it was not for me.

Initial phone call with HR followed by a video chat with a team leader. Both stages were relaxed and comfortable. The lead analyst was quite friendly and chatty, asked about past experience and basic technical questions regarding Excel
