I worked with a recruiter during the interview process and had 2 in-person meetings with the GlobalFit team. The first was with their CEO and COO, and the second was with a panel that included Dev, QA, IT, Design, and the COO. They asked several questions about my experience and thought process, but none of these were technical. I was told by the recruiter that I was GlobalFit's top candidate, and even began salary negotiations. However, I never received an official offer letter, and I never heard back -- not even a rejection letter.

Simple interview where almost no technical questions were asked. The phone interview only clarified some missing stuff on my resume. The 1:1 had no technical questions, and I was simply asked to tell them about my experience. For the final group interview with all the developers, I received no technical questions, and simple had to present my resume again.
