Hiring manager scheduled a telephonic interview with 5 other people from the Industrial Engineering background, no HR was involved. Each person asked 2, 3 questions based on my experience with IE tools, excel, visual basic, simulation etc. Only one phone round that went for 25-30 minutes. I was interviewed in the morning and was hired by evening.
