Entrevista
I attended the interview during a career fair in UTM, Johor. I submitted my resume at the booth in the morning and the person in charge told that they will do screening on the interview first, and only will be asked to go for interview if pass the screening. I was called to go for interview in the afternoon. The interview was just interesting, the interviewer was asking more on personal experiences and working attitudes instead of technical skills. After the interview, candidates will be given an IQ test to do.
