I applied last August and was approached in November to take a SAM test in December. I was allowed to take a SAM test at home during the holiday and found it to be enjoyable and challanging. There were several timed segments which included personality, employee relations, common sense, and the ability to juggle several needs at once. Just normal life stuff, real low tech. Total time spent, maybe 2 and 1/2 hours. That was almost a month ago and have not heard back yet.
