I applied for the software developer position at global foundries in November 2015. Got an onsite interview inventation in late December. Two weeks later I had the onsite interview. Interview lasted about two hours and talked to four people. Week later I got another phone interview from someone else on the team. Two weeks later I had an offer in hand.

Somewhat slower recruitment process than usual for an IT Company. It took 5-6 weeks from HR call to offer. Very corporate environment. It took an additional month afterwards to get a dev environment.

Entrevista
Recruiter screen followed by two 30-minute interviews with Engineering Managers. Questions were focused on past experiences and technical topics related to the role. No programming questions. I was contacted shortly after with an offer.
