The interview process was smooth and easy going. They went through my resume and asked about my experiences both from school and work. Also asked about my interests in and out of engineering field.

First interview was held at my college. After clearing that, I was called for a series of on-site interviews at Malta NY. There were 3 on-site interviews, each 45 minutes long, with the hiring manager, project manager and another staff member.
