There are 2 rounds for the whole process. One with the hiring manger and another with upper management. During the first round, the hiring manager will test you on your technical skill

Entrevista
Usual HR questions such as strengths, weaknesses, skills, challenges in life and so on. Since I didn't have the technical experience, I was not asked any technical questions. I would however recommend that you read up about your field and the semiconductor industry in general. It is important to know the various processes involved.
