Two people with titles interviewed me. One of them, who held a lower-level position, kept sighing throughout the interview, likely because I wasn’t the candidate he was hoping for. Still, I didn’t deserve that treatment, and although I tried my best, his reaction impacted me. As I'm still new to the professional world, I noticed that they're more focused on what you learned in school and how you'll apply it to the job, rather than the skills you've gained in previous roles. It’s clear that experience alone isn’t what they’re interested in.
