      Candidatei-me por meio de recrutador(a). Fiz uma entrevista na empresa GlobalLogic.

      The interview took 3 rounds. 1 - written test 2 - google hangouts round 3 - telephonic round I cleared all the three rounds and the HR told me that I will have a Client round with Ericsson. They will be scheduling this based on client preference and will let me know. But after that a month has passed and still I have not got any communication from them. I called them initially in the first and second weeks, but they kept on telling that they will schedule the client round. But, never scheduled any client round. They just wasted my time for the 3 rounds. Funny part is that I am getting fresh calls to interview for them again, starting from first round. And the HR is telling me, you must be knowing about Globallogic. All I reply to them is that, “Yes, I know very well, hence not interested.” Advice: Never interview for them. They will never follow up and when you call them, they will just give you false information that “Client was not Available”, “Will let you after checking client availability”, “ We will keep you informed”. Please don’t waste your time with them. There are many other better companies out there.

      Entrevista

      L1 covered various C++ topics such as virtual destructors, constructors, operator overloading, templates, and multithreading. In L2, I was given an assignment, which I completed successfully. The discussion in that round also went well, with several questions based on my implementation. However, I have not received any response from HR despite following up. I invested two weeks in this process, so the lack of communication is disappointing and does not reflect well on the overall experience.

      I completed five interview rounds, including HR, and was told the offer would be shared the next day. It’s been five days with no response despite follow-ups, which is disappointing and raises concerns about the company’s communication and hiring transparency.
