Disappointed- The interviewer took around 45 minutes to as questions and i answered all of them correctly. But when i checked for the feedback from HR, he said that panel rejected saying 'Although candidate (me) answered all the questions correctly, but it seemed all mugged up to me'. This is the first time I have heard this reason for not selecting.

1) Multiple Telephonic Rounds 2) Multiple Face to Face rounds( Including clients) Focus would be on Java, Architectures, Leadership,Big Data,HA,Deployments....etc. There could real long gaps between each of these rounds.Typical Services setup who looks to fit in people based on client's requirement.Though, they do some product development.
