Most pathetic company I have ever seen. I have gone through their interview process two times. Both time I have cleared all rounds. In first one after all rounds of discussion recruiter called me that there is a negative remark in your one technical discussion so we can't offer you this position but we can offer you SSE position. I told him that I am OK if renumeration will be as per my expectation. He said that but for SSE we can't give as per your expectation. He told me that there is a solution. He said I will conduct your one more technical discussion if you will clear then we can consider you. I said OK. He scheduled the interview and believe me this interview was way better than earlier ones but he reject me. Then recently I have gone through whole process again. Recruiter called me and asked me about my notice period. I said it is of 60 days but it negotiable as well. She asked me about buyout as well. I said it is also available. She said we will buy out your NP. Then after I have gone through 2 technical and one managerial round of discussion. In managerial round this was again asked me about NP. I told him the exact situation. He said OK. Then I received call from recruiter she said you have cleared all discussions. Please share your documents and we will conduct your HR round. Then after 4-5 days I haven't received any update from them. I sent an reminder email to her then she called me and told me that you have 60 days of notice period we can't consider you. We need early joiner. I said you can offer me with 30 days NP. If I failed to join then you may revoke the offer. After that I haven't received any response from her.
