Interview was in 4 stages: Stage 1 and 2 is basically with Band 2 Associates where Day to day Working Knowledge and Agile is tested to the core. Some 2 riddles per round will also come your way. They typically last for 40-45 minutes. Agile methodology questions will be consuming 50% of the time in both rounds. Stage 3 will be with Band 3 Associate where they will check your analytical skills and Estimation techniques. Stage 4 will be head of BSC group which will be a stress test and you are best fit to the team. Here you will be tested as you will be the face of GL to clients.
