Round 1: basics of c++ questions. More on memory allocations, struct padding ,memcpy, virtual function, OOPs all about c++ Round 2 : managerial round : typical agile questions and situational based No call for almost 2 weeks after that got a call and was saying that earlier opportunity got closed so now now we have new requirement so same data will be carry forward so you will be again having another interview Next Round : C++ questions linked list questions insertion and printing then production discussions and work culture at the company and their product which i will be working on. Got a call again after 15 days and saying when shall we schedule your managerial round so i just rejected them saying its too late for you guys i already got a good opportunity. Worst management seems to be wasted 3-4 round of interview time. Always keeps you on hold because of money so don't attend the interview if you already have good offer

Candidatei-me por meio de recrutador(a). O processo levou 1 dia. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa GlobalLogic (Noida).
Entrevista
Unprofessional HR and Interview process.
First round: Asked to write code for three questions: 1) Some template question
2) Operator Overloading question
3) Dynamic allocation of 2D array
Second Round: F2F
Questions from STL, Inheritence, Dynamic cast, this pointer, operator overloading, lambda expressions etc
After giving 2nd round I was asked to leave and was told that HR will tell me about the process for 3rd round which was client interview and also they have few more candidates to interview so feedback will be shared later.
I waited, called HR day in day out for a month but she neither said yes nor no.
Finally after a month I was told that client has denied hiring of a resource external to company and have filled the position internally.
I clarified to HR that the interviewer in the 2nd F2F was really impressed with my answers and even discussed joining, salary and the tools they were working on and challenges that I had to face in the team. He even went till the point of telling me that he is the "Karta dharta" of this project and there is no issues further in the process.
But...then I realize how easy it is for these HRs and companies to waste time of job seekers and then run away in the name of internal hiring.
