It was internal interview for promotion to Director level. The panel was created from across india centres for discussion. There was a presentation from me on my experience and achievement so far. the management asked subjective questions on growth strategy and future plans.

Contacted by individual in talent acquisition. Interviewed with them first, then interviewed a couple times with hiring manager, then interviewed with group president. Was then verbally offered the job by both HR and group president. Said I would see written offer next week. Then nothing and finally told me they were going to interview internal candidates instead. Big waste of time.

Super duper thoroughly very unprofessional recruiting process. One of their executive recruiters reached out to me on LinkedIn about a Director for the domain agnostic area. We agree on a time for an intro call to discuss the position. The recruiter does show up and later emails me sending JD with no further responsive updates with the calls and a few emails to his senior and him. I followed up with the two to three weeks for a call and never hear back.

Very long and time consuming process. It took me over 9 rounds and 2.5 months to complete. Although I've heard it doesnt usually take more than 3-4 rounds. Maybe at senior levels this is the process.
