Interviews with Globality were friendly, allowing me to be more relaxed and be more open. I started off with a screening interview with HR, and after passing, was interviewed with my potential manager, peers, and then executives. Each interview had a different interviewer and was 30-45 minutes. There was ample time for my questions, which I really appreciated, as it allowed me to gain a far better perspective of the company and culture.
