One phone screening with HR. Two in person interviews with Engineering managers. The interviews were very conversational and focused mostly on methods and outlook. There was no aptitude test and they were very forthcoming about strengths and weaknesses of the company.

Several different sessions with a variety of managers. Very disjointed and a redundancy of questions through each through individual session. Seems like they did not have a clear plan in place on how to conduct the process.
