The initial interview was informative and the recruiter was cordial, friendly, and helpful. They told me the history of the company, the anticipated growth of the company and why they were hiring, and what I could expect if hired.

It was a zoom video call with around 50 people, where the separate into small groups to tell a little bit about the position, ask the people couple questions, they're clear about what you have to do and the kind of people they are looking for.
