I recieved a call for an interview appointment and was told to dress professional, and when I arrived in a suit and tie was recieved very warmly and immediately pulled into the Branch Owner's office. After reviewing my resume, I was told the I was the perfect candidate for a fast track management position and asked several more questions that seemed to go well. The interviewer was very polite, but focused and straight to the point. Afterward I was taken to a room where myself and several other candidates were given a presentation by a corporate recruiter explaining how the commission system worked and the products offered by the company. Once that was finished the Branch Owner came back in and gave anyone the chance to leave that didn't feel like continuing and those that stayed were set up with a second interview.
