Was contacted one day and told interviews were on Tues and Wed. Had interview on Wed, given a presentation and told how much money was possible. Discussed how I wouldn't be left to "hang in the breeze" with no training. Told to think about it overnight and was offered the job the next morning. Went that afternoon to fill out paperwork, apply for license (pay for it) and began work the following Monday morning.
