I got the interview through a friend who worked in a different office. Their was really no interview to speak of. They just told me about the company, how much money I could make and what type of licensing that I needed to get. The company actually contacted me after my friend put a good word in for me. It was a very simple interview. I later found out that Liberty National's strategy is to hire as many people as possible with the hope that a few will do well.
