The interview experience with the company's HR team unfortunately left much to be desired, particularly during interactions with senior HR staff. The attitude displayed was not only unprofessional but also somewhat humiliating. This lack of respect from senior-level HR could be indicative of the overall company culture. The interview experience had began on a negative note with a junior HR representative who appeared quite disinterested and unprofessional. Initially, I attributed this to inexperience or perhaps a bad day. However, after meeting with the senior HR member, it seemed that this attitude might be influenced by their leadership. It does make one wonder about the working environment there and how employees are treated if even potential hires are approached with such disregard.
