Laid back. I believe they were more focused on my personality than anything. It was like making a new friend. Very straightforward and comfortable interview setting. I looked forward to that job but unfortunately, they took too long in opening the new restaurant.
short conversation in a booth at the restaurant, simple, answered a few questions and he told me he would call me back. why do oyu make people do this? nobody is going to give you honest feedback if there are obnoxious requirements.
