Entrevista
Very lengthy interview process going through many people. Fairly "casual" conversations in general but needing to be vetted by as many people as possible. Superficially, everyone is extremely nice, but when it comes to transparency, ultimately, it leaves a lot to be desired. Ghosted after last round after wasting my time in 5 interviews and doing technical challenges. Don't even have the decency to answer candidates. Avoid!

- Technical test/take-away assignment for developing some pipelines with orchestration and then data modelling. Fairly easy. - Non-technical focused a lot on motivation and just trying to making you say stupid things to get rejected.
Me hicieron hacer 5 entrevistas y no sabían para que puesto era. Luego de la 5ta me hicieron formalmente una oferta y era menos de lo que estaba ganando (ya se los había informado en el proceso).
