The process consists on two interviews, one hour general and a technical interview on skype, and after you pass that interview you get asked for a 3 hours interview on site.
The second interview is with the CTO and their development team, one by one, face to face, they ask several technical questions on several topics.
One of the members of the development team, was more focused on chatting through whatsapp, that ever paying attention at all on the interview.
The questions were very easy to answer, as them were not really complex.
Finally, after going through the interview, answering correctly all their questions, you have to wait for an e-mail, that never arrives about the process.
After you insist in knowing the status of the process, they tell you a random stupid excuse, to don't contract you. When you tell as excuse, that you lack basic backend skills, to someone with more than 6 years of experience working as a back end developer and without testing its skills at all, it is then a complete lack of seriousness by them.
If you are too overqualified, senior, or old, you are going to be discriminated by them, as I think it was more the real reason for their denial.
Finally, I think glovo is just a startup run by a group of immature kids, that don't know what they want, as my final impression after being at their noisy offices.
