I was first contacted by HR ( Sofia). She was so nice and helpful during the whole process. First we had a talk about the company job environment what are my expectations and what glovo can offer and much more. Afterwards I have talked with Alex and the Co-founder Oscar. They were both very nice and helpful towards me. During the process questions were quite hard if you are not interested in "on-demand" business. I am working in the same field so it wasnt that hard. They also send you a test before the interviews. Test was easy too of course if you are familiar with UTR, thourhputs and etc. I didnt get an offer in the end but Sofia called me and gave me a feedback and encouraged me to apply again.

Muy bien, te hacen sentir confiada y te tratan bien en todo momento dejándote clara la filosofía de la marca y las necesidades a cubrir en el puesto. Muy recomendable y muy comprensivos.

Entrevista
I didn’t continue the process. I felt the company is going through an in-house complicated management moment.
There were a lot of questions regarding the toxicity of the company. Colleagues, managers, management.
I also was being sent to the next interview step, which was a business case. Recruitment team said on their email that making the presentation doesn’t guarantee the right to present it. Management can decline it if they don’t like the PPT.
To me, is a massive red flag.

Proceso de selección larguísimo y muy exigente. Aun habiendo pasado todas las pruebas, me acabaron rechazando por temas de CV. ¿No lo habías leído antes de la primera llamada? Así no hubiéramos perdido el tiempo ni ellos ni yo.
