I first applied through the company's website, then received an online test to go through (personality test). HR contacted me pretty much at the same time for a first interview. Unfortunately, they forgot to send me a confirmation of the meeting so I almost missed it.
The first interview (HR) is background information on the candidate but mostly information about Glovo, its success story, and culture. It was a good experience and questions were nothing one wouldn't expect.
I then received another test, this time I had 2 situations and had to write 2 emails (one in english and one in spanish). I didn't receive specific feedback on the task but got another interview invitation (less than 2 days after the first one)
The second interview was with the recruiting manager, with discussions around my experience and the specifics of the job. I then got invited to a third interview with the managers' manager.
The third interview was similar to the second one but more general questions about ambition and also 2 cases were presented to me "what would you do in this situation" kind of questions.
All this happened within 1 week and was expecting an answer pretty quickly. After 2 weeks they informed they were still viewing candidates and I would get a reply in Jaunuary.
In February I still had no feedback and turns out the HR had again forgotten to let me know that I had not been successful. No detailed feedback was given, even upon request.
In general I had a good experience and the 3 rounds of interview are really good process. However, I was disappointed with:
- HR forgetting about me twice
- Very little feedback both on the tests and after declining candidate.
