The interview process has at least 5 stages.
The 1st one is a cognitive test, the 2nd an interview with the HR recruitment, the 3rd an Interview with the your future manager, then they send you a case study and then a final interview with the department's manager.

Really embarrassing. The interview process involves solving a business case that should be a consulting job they don't want to pay for, and they get it for free from the different applicants. They send you a case to analyze (which consists of making a presentation to a board of internal managers, with real data and information that they should pay a lot for a consulting firm) and even the template you have to use with Glovo's colors and fonts, because they use it internally afterwards. Not only that, but you also have to go in person to do it (when it could easily be done online) to answer questions from internal managers who are not involved in the selection process. They are so obvious in their desire to obtain free analysis that they don't even include questions about the interviewee or their career in this interview. These practices should be banned in the EU; it is an absolute abuse by companies to obtain free labor.

During the interview, it is clear that they have not even read the resume and that they are not interested in the candidates, but rather in obtaining free labor and ideas. All of the questions they asked were related to situations they have to resolve, and they ask for alternatives to resolve them. Not a single question about the candidate's background or interests in the company.

During the screening call, it was noticeable that the HR Manager was not familiar with my CV. As the conversation progressed, it became clear that the questions they asked and the role description didn't align with the position I applied for. Later, I realised that they likely mixed up similar roles with similar names. Besides that, during the screening call, the interviewer spoke in a rather condescending tone, mentioning that they doubted whether the hiring manager would be interested in proceeding with my profile at all.
My interview with the hiring manager was rescheduled at least twice, including once just 10 minutes before the scheduled call time. Eventually, the call started, but the hiring manager was 20 minutes late. I had to reach out to the talent team to confirm whether the interview was still on or if we needed to reschedule once again.
The answer took longer to communicate than initially discussed during the call. In the end, I received an automatic rejection without any feedback on the interview and my profile.
The entire process felt very messy and disorganized, from the HR Manager's attitude during the screening call, the answer time, and the hiring manager being late for the interview, which demonstrates disrespect to the applicant.
Unfortunately, they are so rude and they never get back to me after doing a case study, which is kind of abuse, and I hope they will change their way of working in the future!
