Well organized, but time consuming process.
There were a total of 4 interviews with different hierarchy levels across the company. Also some time had to be spent filling out automatic questionnaires and tests.

Questions about how I would solve a specific hypothetical situation on their operations.
First interview was with the HR, second interview was technical with the head of the department. Questions were technical like what can be reasons for long delivery times, calculate turnover if fleet and churn are the following. The interview questions in general are not difficult, but some of them require knowledge of the industry - like what would you do in such situation.

Entrevista
