Submitted an application through LinkedIn on the basis of a conversation with a Glovo engineering contact. Initial recruiter remote screening 2-3 weeks after application, followed by series of 1:1 remote interviews with Glovo hiring manager, engineering managers and product managers. Process lasted 2-3 weeks, due to scheduling challenges on both ends, but was otherwise efficient and a wholly positive experience. Recruiting staff explained the process clearly and thoroughly, including relocation and visa steps, subject to the outcome of the interviews.

5 rounds including initial recruiter Zoom screen. Scheduling was flexible to accommodate 9 hour time zone difference. Rounds 2-4 were with Product, Engineering and Infrastructure managers. Round 5 was with hiring manager. Sessions were 45 minutes though typically went over by 15 minutes. Time allowed for questions about the role and the company.
