The process was incredibly smooth. Everyone was great to talk to and very professional. The recruiter followed up after every round with meaningful feedback and preparation materials for the following rounds. I went through the following interviews: - Recruiter interview: Your usual screening. Why Glovo? Why do you want to leave your current company etc. - Hiring Manager: Behavioural questions and questions about my background. - Technical Interview: Two different use cases. A conversation about how I would solve some problems and questions about general technical knowledge. Interview with a Principal and a Staff Software Engineers. - Depth of Expertise: 1.5H presentation (with the support of any diagram that you can bring) about a project that I led in the past. Interview with a Director, a Senior Manager and a Staff Software Engineer. - Live coding: Two easy/medium Leetcode problems. They came up with a very competitive offer very fast but I ended up deciding to go with another company for a few reasons. I will consider Glovo again the future, as this process was without a doubt the best one I've ever done.
